The inspection we received far exceeded our expectations, and most importantly, made us feel confident buying our new home! The house isn't perfect but thanks to Michael's thorough inspection and report we now know where and how to prioritize aspects of it that need work. We are so grateful for the time and attention we were given during and after the inspection. After Michael's initial inspection he took us through every nook of the house explaining and making suggestions on what to do next. The report he followed up with is like a time-capsule and scrapbook of the beginning of our life in our new home!!

Michael/Batman was great! Super friendly, thorough, and explained everything as he went. He specifically tried to find if the ceiling tiles were the same in different rooms in order not to duplicate testing on the same type, and he was able to visually determine in most of them if they were potentially asbestos or not. Payment is by the sample, so rather than having me test 6 different tiles, he ruled out 5 that were definitely not asbestos and only submitted one for testing.
