Michael is very enthusiastic about educating his customers on homeownership, maintenance, and basic home safety. He was very thorough in his inspection, checking things that many other inspectors won't, and his report was delivered within an hour. The report itself is well organized and very easy to read and understand. As a value add, Michael maintains a list of his preferred (trustworthy) contractors and he's happy to share these with you (at no cost) if you need a referral. I absolutely recommend Michael and I'll be working with him again for any future inspections I need.

The BEST home inspector in the world!!! We are first home buyer and had no idea where to even start. Michael did very thorough house inspection, teaching us what to look for and how to save money in the future. His sense of humour is amazing; we did more than 2 hrs home inspection and it went so fast! My friend who already owns a house came with us and was very surprised that he explained everything in detail and taught us all taking that much time for us. Highly highly recommend him!!! Inspection by Icon Inspections was the same as any other we’ve had by other inspectors in the past. In addition, we ended up needing a more in-depth inspection as Icon didn’t offer anything further at the time of inspection. We had AL Inspections come and re-inspect the same property - the professionalism, and level of knowledge from Aaron was exceptional. I would just use them next time.
